Add up ALL the votes and the highest vote winners govern until the next election when the cycle repeats. At every level - local, municipal, provincial, national. This is how Free humans choose leaders and governments. Here on Earth, the Constitution of the United States of America is the Oldest constitution still in use today, 248 years and counting. Far longer than any one person's lifetime, but not far longer than our children, grand children and descendents inheriting the world we create today. For our future, how nations self-govern today matters most. Global Governance is the number One issue facing our world, steering all others ........... The First Amendment to this Constitution is "Freedom of Speech". Free to Think what I May, Speak as I Think, Act as I Speak. We Own our voices, actions, results (profit and loss) and must respect all voices putting them to a vote regularly. Free speech creates an active News Press igniting Great Town Square debates across the land. Not just in homes or in whispers. But in Full blown yelling, demonstration and acting out. Just like can happen in a family. A massive human family. Thanks to Open debate, testing of facts, studies, theories, results, opinions, over time, Truth wins out. Assuming the Game is Fair. It is up to us to keep the game fair as we are a human family interconnected and growing closer. Drawn together Because of our diversity. Like opposite electrical charges, we are forever attracted to each other and must bond.
